Our colleague and partner Frank Bouwman has been interviewed in de Architect by Kirsten Hannema!

“A building doesn’t get much more public than a railway station. You’re truly creating a piece of the city.”

Since 2025, Frank Bouwman, together with Irène Horvers, has been part of the management team at Team V Architecture, alongside Jeroen van Schooten and Do Janne Vermeulen.

In the interview with de Architect, he reflects on his development as a leader within a firm that has grown from 10 to 66 employees. He discusses learning to let go, empowering others, and defining new ambitions, particularly in railway infrastructure, international projects, and cultural developments.
