Team V is delighted to announce the appointment of Noortje ter Heege to the role of Associate Architect. Since joining the firm in 2018, Noortje has established herself as a leader in managing highly complex, multi-scale developments within multidisciplinary environments.
The title of Associate Architect reflects both her outstanding design skills and her expanding responsibilities within our office. In addition to leading major design projects, Noortje will take on a strategic role in business development, acquisition, and contract management.
“Working alongside colleagues, advisors, and clients to create exceptional buildings gives me energy. After all, remarkable architecture is always a collaborative effort,” says Noortje. “What truly inspires me is the sheer diversity of our projects, spanning different scales, phases, and functions. Managing that broad scope is highly gratifying. By developing strong concepts and solving complex programmatic puzzles, I aspire to create coherent, well-functional and meaningful buildings.”

A graduate of Delft University of Technology (2004) with additional studies in Paris and Rotterdam, Noortje has built a 22-year career that includes extensive experience at Marc Prosman Architects and, for thirteen years, at Benthem Crouwel Architects. Alongside her practice, she remains embedded in the architectural community as a member of Team V’s Sustainability Expert Team, a mentor for the Professional Experience Programme (PEP), and a guest lecturer at TU Delft.
