Irène Horvers is architect-partner of Team V, leading the architecture firm alongside founding partners Do Janne Vermeulen, Jeroen van Schooten and architect-partner Frank Bouwman.

Irène has an incredible drive and a great talent for architectural and analytical design, from urban planning to renovation. Moreover, she is an excellent manager with a keen eye for quality and organisation, both at the project level and within the firm, playing a key role in shaping Team V. Irène had a vital part in award-winning projects such as the Gelderland Provincial House in Arnhem and the renovation of the a.s.r. headquarters in Utrecht. Currently she is project-architect of Mallegat residential development in Rotterdam, the transformation of the Rabobank Campus in Utrecht and Zoetermeer Station. In addition to leading projects she focuses on BIM development, strategy and acquisition, recruitment and selection, office planning, and contract management.

Irène graduated as Master of Architecture with Distinction from the Architecture & Urban Developments faculty of the Eindhoven University of Technology. She began her career as an Architect at Diederen Dirrix van Wylick Architects, and later spent 10 years at Meyer en Van Schooten Architecten, working on a variety of projects. In this capacity, Irène was responsible for the architectural design of New Babylon in The Hague, Rederij Van der Zwan in Scheveningen, Sparrendaal Estate in Vught.
