Noortje studied architecture in Delft and Paris, attended the preparatory course at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam and completed internships in Finland and Amsterdam. After graduating in 2004 from Delft University of Technology, she started her career as an Architect at Marc Prosman Architects and subsequently worked for thirteen years at Benthem Crouwel Architects. Noortje has been a Senior Architect at Team V Architecture since 2018.
She has extensive experience with national and international projects and loves working in multidisciplinary design teams on complex projects at various scale levels. In addition to her work as a Senior Project Architect, she has experience in business development and acquisition, is active within Team V’s Sustainability Expert Team, as a mentor for the Professional Experience Programme (PEP) and as a guest teacher at the Delft University of Technology. At Team V she is heavily involved in design competitions and is jointly responsible for mixed-use and residential developments in Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Arnhem and Apeldoorn.
