House of Province wins Best Building of the Year 2018 Award!

The House of Province in Arnhem – ‘Het Gelders Huis’ – has won the 13th edition of ‘BNA Beste Building of the Year’ on Friday, the 18th of May. The architecture award is organised by BNA – Royal Dutch Institute of Architects for ‘the building with the most value for clients and society’.
The jury, chaired by Louise Vet (director of the Dutch Institute of Ecology of the Royal Academy of Sciences, NIOO-KNAW), calls ‘Het Gelders Huis’ not only a stimulating environment, it is also an iconic building that contributes to the quality of city life and offers a home base and meeting place to the population.
