Clubhouse Boompjes has been completed! After years of designing, planning and construction, the high-rise residential towers are finally welcoming the community of Rotterdam.

Featuring two residential towers of 70 and 100 metres respectively, Clubhouse Boompjes is part of a larger high-rise development transforming Rotterdam’s harbour into a diverse, densely-developed urban district. The buildings offer a mix of rental options, including both standard apartments and co-living units, focusing on young people and starters. In addition, 20% of the apartments are reserved for professionals working in healthcare, education, and public safety.

The building is an initiative of Amvest, designed by Team V Architecture and built by Cordeel Nederland.
