Amstelwood receives environmental permit

Amstelwood, the first timber hybrid residential building in Amstelveen is one step closer to reality! The project has officially been granted its environmental permit.

This nature-inclusive, climate-adaptive residential high-rise will be a beacon for the Municipality of Amstelveen, combining urban living with natural integration. Designed for both sustainability and comfort, the building will offer 131 high-quality, energy-efficient apartments.

After HAUT, Neuron and Mediavaert, this is Team V’s fourth large-scale timber hybrid building to be built.
