HAUT is the winner of the International BREEAM New Construction Residential Award 2024. The award ceremony took place on Wednesday 10th July in London, bringing together the global built environment industry to celebrate achievements made in sustainable development and innovation.

HAUT: an inspirational benchmark for sustainable development

The HAUT project in Amsterdam represents a pioneering endeavour in sustainable residential construction. Developed by Lingotto in collaboration with Arup and Team V Architecture, HAUT is a 21-storey residential building with a gross floor area of 14,500 square metres. This project, notable for being the first residential building in the Netherlands to receive a BREEAM Outstanding certificate, exemplifies cutting-edge architectural design and environmental sustainability. The benefits of the HAUT project extend beyond its residents, setting a benchmark for sustainable high-rise buildings globally.
