Clubhouse Boompjes Rotterdam topping out

Clubhouse Boompjes Rotterdam, two towers of 70m and 100m with 342 rental apartments (45 to 155 m²), had its topping out ceremony in April. Clubhouse Boompjes will be part of the transformation of Rotterdam’s harbour, into a diverse and more dense city district. Team V proposed to split the building volume into two towers, increasing natural light on the lower floors and allowing more corner apartments and rooftop gardens.
