Clubhouse Boompjes Rotterdam, two towers of 70m and 100m with 342 rental apartments (45 to 155 m2), had its topping out ceremony in April. Clubhouse Boompjes will be part of the transformation of Rotterdam’s harbour, into a diverse and more dense city district. Team V proposed to split the building volume into two towers, increasing natural light on the lower floors and allowing more corner apartments and rooftop gardens.
