HAUT: an inspirational benchmark for sustainable development

The HAUT project in Amsterdam represents a pioneering endeavour in sustainable residential construction. Developed by Lingotto in collaboration with Arup and Team V Architecture, HAUT is a 21-storey residential building with a gross floor area of 14,500 square metres. This project, notable for being the first residential building in the Netherlands to receive a BREEAM Outstanding certificate, exemplifies cutting-edge architectural design and environmental sustainability.
