We are extremely honored to be nominated as Architect of the Year and to be part of this great group of architects in the Netherlands. Many thanks to Architectenweb and jury, all voters and of course all our (former) employees of Team V. We couldn’t have done it without you!
Team V Architecture has been around for almost ten years. In this decade we have grown from thirteen to almost sixty employees. We have completed 17 projects, are currently working on 33 ongoing projects, have been nominated for 54 architecture awards and have won no fewer than 28 (inter)national awards.
“Modest but extremely intelligent, that is how the jury characterizes the work of Team V Architecture”, according to the jury report of Architectenweb. “The team led by Do Janne Vermeulen and Jeroen van Schooten shows time and again that they can solve complex tasks in an elegant and innovative way.”
The nominees for 2022 were: architectuur MAKEN, Bedaux de Brouwer Architecten, Orange Architects and #Werkstatt. The jury consisted of architect Marianne Loof (LEVS architecten), landscape architect Steven Delva (DELVA Landscape Architecture / Urbanism), urban planner Tess Broekmans (Urhahn | urban design & strategy) and developer Tobias Verhoeven (Synchroon). Bedaux de Brouwer Architecten is Architect of the Year 2022: dongratulations and well deserved!
