How was HAUT made? Together with project developer Lingotto, contractor JP van Eesteren and consultant Arup, we think it is important to share our knowledge about building tall in timber. During the construction of HAUT, film maker Julian Breen (We Wander) was present at the construction site to make a documentary about how this innovative timber hybrid residential tower was created. The docu comes in five parts.
In Part V Do Janne Vermeulen takes Bart van der Vossen, Supervisor Overamstel on a tour through HAUT. Do Janne: “I’m so proud that it worked out well. HAUT is really the result of a great team effort. Five years ago it was almost unthinkable to build 70 meters high in timber.”
