Student housing The Cube in Utrecht has won the Co-Living Awards in the category Building & Architecture.

The jury rapport mentions: “The Cube strives to create a welcoming environment for the students of Utrecht and give them a feeling of home away from home as well as provide them a space to grow and develop, striking the balance between privacy and community”, according to the lead judge Matthias Hollwich (Hollwich Kushner – HWKN). “Every scale is considered… The Cube is like a city within the city, where people of all backgrounds come together. This is a winning concept.”
