Renate studied Art History in Leiden and Architecture at TU Delft, subsequently obtaining her master’s degree in Architectural History at the University of Amsterdam. She completed internships at Arcam Architecture Centre of Amsterdam and Paul de Ruiter Architects, among others.
Shortly after the establishment of Team V in 2013, Renate came on board to assist with secretarial, PR and acquisition activities. Since then, Team V has grown substantially, giving Renate the opportunity to specialise in preparing tender documents while continuing to work closely with Francine on PR activities.
Renate is responsible for the pre-selections in the tendering process and supports our tender teams with copywriting and preparing presentations. She enjoys translating complex building designs into an engaging story, using language that is also clear for non-architects.
