Marthe Melief


Early 2014 Marthe graduated from the TU Delft on the transformation of the Central Market Hall in Amsterdam West. During her Architecture studies she did an internship at Broekbakema and studied half a year at the Italian Politecnico di Milano. After her graduation she began working as a freelance architect at QWINQ and Jos Rhemrev, where she became proficient in the renovation of canal houses, dwelling and schools.

Since 2015 Marthe is part of Team V. She has worked on the renovation of the TU/e Atlas in Eindhoven, Diakonessen Hospital in Utrecht and various design competitions. She is currently working on the project TU/e Gemini.

Marthe designs buildings with great attention to the users and their specific demands. She strives to create healthy buildings where people feel comfortable and inspired. In 2019 she followed a masterclass Environmental Psychology. Marthe is a member of both the interior expert team and the sustainability expert team.
