Frank studied architecture at Delft University of Technology. Prior to this, he obtained qualifications in the discipline at technical college in Groningen. During an eleven-year stint at Meyer en Van Schooten, Frank was jointly responsible for a large number of projects and tenders. His fascination with the combination of design and technology and the practicability of ideas, coupled with his drive and perseverance, meant he played in important role in the development projects for the University of Amsterdam’s Faculty of Science and the city’s Conservatorium Hotel and two recently completed office buildings in Schiedam. At Team V he was responsible for PPP Bezuidenhoutseweg 30, Zwolle Station and various design competitions. Currently he is responsible for Zuidasdok.
