CrossOver: start construction and labels BREEAM Outstanding + WELL-Core

Date
12 February 2021

Construction has started on the energy-neutral mixed-use building CrossOver on the Zuidas in Amsterdam, designed by Team V Architecture and developed by AM. CrossOver connects functions, environment and people in a dynamic building with many green terraces. The building has a different character on each side, but clearly forms a whole through a well thought-out facade pattern.

In addition, CrossOver is the first multifunctional building in the Netherlands with the highest sustainability label, the BREEAM Outstanding certification. The building will receive another certificate upon completion: WELL-Core. In addition to energy neutrality, the building design focuses on health, circularity, mobility and social sustainability. Crossover is expected to be completed in the spring of 2023. Read more on Architectenweb.
