Thomas is an Architect with extensive experience in ambitious and complex European design projects. After studying at the University of Technology in Darmstadt, Germany, he started his career at PFP Architekten in Hamburg, before deciding to move to the Netherlands. Here, he worked as an architect for Benthem Crouwel Architects, Arons en Gelauff Architects and UNStudio.

At UNStudio Thomas worked on various projects, including small-scale private housing, large scale office buildings, theatres and high-profile international competition entries. His role within these projects were equally varied; being responsible for the entire design, including the management of external consultants, contract management, budget control and team planning.           

At Team V Thomas was responsible for the timber residential tower HAUT in Amsterdam. He is currently working on mainly residential building projects in Amsterdam and The Hague, is a member of the BREEAM New Construction Advisory Group of the DGBC and a valued participant in our Sustainability Expert Team.
